Wash, Fold, Repair, & Delivery Services

By using our laundry wash-and-fold, clothing repair, and delivery services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your items.

1. Laundry Processing, Sorting & Color Bleeding Disclaimer

• Customer Presorting & Instructions: Customers are required to provide their clothing pre-sorted in individual plastic bags, organized precisely according to how they want each load grouped and washed.
• Color Bleeding & Wash Accidents: Because garments react differently to water, agitation, and heat, we are not responsible or liable for any color bleeding, dye transfer, shrinking, stretching, fading, or other washing accidents that may occur during the normal wash and dry cycle, particularly when customer's individual pre-sorted plastic bags are washed in their own separate loads.

2. Clothing Repair Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Satisfaction Policy: While we strive to provide high-quality craftsmanship, clothing repairs are inherently subjective and restoration outcomes can vary based on the age and condition of the fabric. We are not responsible or liable if the customer is unsatisfied with the visual outcome, texture, or feel of a completed repair.
• Non-Matching Hardware (Buttons & Zippers): All repairs utilizing replacement hardware (such as buttons and zippers) will be performed using standard materials currently stocked in our inventory. We do not guarantee an exact factory, brand-specific, or color-matched duplicate of original buttons or zippers. By requesting a repair, you consent to the use of our standard in-stock, generally matching, inventory components.
• Inherent Risks: Customer acknowledges that worn, fragile, or damaged textiles may react unpredictably to handling, stitching, or repair procedures. We assume no liability for pre-existing weaknesses in fabric that may tear or give way during the repair process.

3. Allergen & Detergent Disclaimer

• Standard Detergents: Unless the customer explicitly requests and provides a hypoallergenic or customer-supplied alternative, we utilize standard commercial detergents and laundering products.
• Health & Allergy Release: We are not responsible or liable for any skin irritations, allergic reactions, medical conditions, or health complications arising from exposure to our standard laundering products, softeners, or scent additives. Customers with known sensitivities are solely responsible for notifying us in advance or providing their own approved products.

4. Item Verification, Video Recording & Limitation of Liability for Lost Items

• Mandatory Itemized List for Protection: If a customer is concerned with the potential loss or theft of any items, the customer is strictly responsible for including a detailed, itemized written list and description of every single item contained within each laundry load.
• Video Documentation: For quality control and security purposes, our facility records video footage of each customer's laundry load as it is first unbagged. In the event of a dispute, our video records will serve as the primary reference point.
• Release of Liability for Lost Items: We exercise utmost care in handling your garments. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible or liable for any lost, missing, or misplaced items unless an itemized list was provided with the load and verified against our unbagging video footage upon processing.
• Timeframe to Report Issues: Any claims regarding lost, missing, or stolen items must be reported to us in writing within two (2) days of the completed load delivery date. Failure to report a missing item within this 2-day window constitutes a complete waiver of any claim.

5. Right to Refuse Service (Condition & Health Hazards)

To protect the health and safety of our staff and other customers, we maintain a strict policy regarding acceptable item conditions. We reserve the absolute right to refuse service and return or dispose of items under the following circumstances:

• Beyond Standard Wear and Tear: Items that are severely degraded, disintegrating, or structurally compromised beyond what is reasonably considered standard wear and tear for clothing repairs.
• Biological & Health Hazards: Items that are unsanitary, infested, or soaked in bodily fluids—including but not limited to urine, feces, or excessive blood.
• Refused items may be rejected at pickup/delivery, or returned unwashed and unrepaired at the customer's expense, and service fees may still apply.

6. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By handing over your items to us to be washed, folded, repaired, or delivered, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms regarding the Processing, Sorting, & Color Bleeding Disclaimer, Clothing Repair Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability, Allergen & Detergent Disclaimer, Item Verification, Video Recording & Limitation of Liability for Lost Items, and our Right to Refuse Service (Condition & Health Hazards) Waiver.
